1.0 SERVICE OVERVIEW

Edge Solutions provides customer communication automation and business process tools using GoHighLevel and Twilio infrastructure. We help you manage customer outreach, automate workflows, and send lawful communications through SMS, email, and voice.

By using our services or signing a proposal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our service.

2.0 NO GUARANTEES ON RESULTS

We cannot promise specific business outcomes. Results depend on your business, offer, market conditions, and execution. Text delivery is subject to carrier networks and recipient device settings. If third-party platforms experience outages, we'll help you migrate your data, but we're not responsible for their downtime.

3.0 LAWFUL USE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for ensuring all communications sent through Edge comply with applicable law, including TCPA, FTC regulations, and state/federal privacy laws.

You certify that:

All recipients have provided prior written consent for messaging

All messages include your business name and a clear opt-out method

You honor opt-out requests immediately

You comply with all DNC registries and privacy laws in your jurisdiction

Edge provides compliance tools, but you remain fully responsible for lawful use. Violations of telecommunications law are your liability.

4.0 DATA OWNERSHIP & SECURITY

You own all your customer data, contact lists, and campaign information. We don't sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.

We use standard security measures, but you're responsible for strong passwords and regular data backups. When you cancel, we delete your data within 30 days, except records required by law.

5.0 PRICING & PAYMENT

Your price is locked in your proposal for your contract term. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice before renewal. All fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-term, you owe fees through your cancellation date.

6.0 LIABILITY LIMITS

Our liability is limited to fees you paid in the last 12 months (minimum $100). We're not responsible for lost profits, third-party platform failures, or results dependent on your sales execution or business offer. If you violate the law or these terms, you cover Edge's legal costs.

7.0 CANCELLATION

Either party can cancel with 30 days' notice. You remain responsible for fees through cancellation. Edge can cancel immediately if you violate telecommunications laws, fail to pay, engage in illegal conduct, or misrepresent your business.

8.0 CONFIDENTIALITY

We keep your business information confidential and don't share it with other customers or outside companies, except as required by law.

9.0 CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use means you accept changes. You can cancel if you disagree.
